Unit Sought: ATTACHMENT TO LABORERS LOCAL 341 RC PETITION (5) In order to conform its existing unit under 29CFR § 103.30, Laborers Local 341 requests a self-determination election to determine whether the Biomedical Services employees at Providence Hospital wish to be included in the bargaining unit already represented by Local 341, which currently consists of the following: Included: All skilled maintenance employees and the electrician and the plant operator employees, employed by the Employer at its 3200 Providence Drive, Anchorage, Alaska facility. Excluded: All other managerial employees, confidential employees all other employees, guards and supervisors as defined by the Act. The proposed unit would read as follows: Included: All skilled maintenance employees, including maintenance mechanics, plant operators, electricians, biomedical technicians, laboratory equipment specialists, and equipment imaging specialists, employed by the Employer at its 3200 Providence Drive, Anchorage, Alaska facility. Excluded: All other managerial employees, confidential employees, all other employees, guards and supervisors as defined by the Act. (6) The present bargaining unit of skilled maintenance employees consists of about 23 employees. The unit proposed in this Petition by Laborers Local 341 would consist of about 37 employees (the addition of the 14 biomedical services employees).

Unit Sought: All full-time part-time lift driver/operators and dispatchers; excluding all office clerical and supervisors and guards as defined by the Act (NLRA).

Unit Sought: Included: All full-time and regular part-time Certified Nurse Assistants (NAC's), Cooks, Dietary Aides, Restorative Aides, Registered Nurse Assistants (NAR), Floor Care Aides, Ward Clerks, Central Supply Aides, Activity Aides and Receptionists employed by the Employer at its 140 S Marion Avenue, Bremerton, Washington location. Excluded: All LPN's, RN's, GPN's, managers, confidential employees, payroll clerks, business office managers, business office assistant managers, professional employees, all other employees, and guards and supervisors as defined in the National Labor Relations Act.

Unit Sought: Included: All full-time and regular part-time housekeepers and laundry aides (employed by the Employer at Forest Ridge Health and Restoration Center in Bremerton, Washington). Excluded: All office clerical employees, other employees, and guards and supervisors under the National Labor Relations Act.
