Unit Sought: Included: All full-time and regular part-time Construction Craft Laborers employed by the employer doing bargaining unit work under the current Western Washington Compliance Agreement with the Washington & Northern Idaho District Council of Laborers. Excluded: All office clerical and guards as defined by the Act, and all other workers covered by another collective bargaining agreement.

Unit Sought: Included: All full-time and regular part-time dishwashers, prep and cook/pantry employees, fry line and broiler cooks, host and hostesses, food servers, bus persons, banquet servers and banquet set-up employees, room attendants/laundry employees, bartenders, beverage servers, porters and bellman employed by the Employer at its Great Falls, Montana facility. Excluded: All other employees, guards and supervisors as defined in the Act.
