Unit Sought: All full time and regular part time craft employees, including all Satellite Technicians, employed by the employer at the 1725 Kingwood Dr. facility in Florence, Oregon; excluding all warehouse and clerical employees, all supervisors and administrative employees, employees not eligible under the Act, and all other employees.

Unit Sought: All regular full time and regularl part-time Per Diem/Casual employees in the following classification: Cardiac Sonographer (also called Echocardiographer); excluding all other non-professional employees, professional employees, physicians, RN's, business office clerical employees, skilled maintenance employees, confidential employees, managerial employees and guards and supervisors as defined by the Act.

Unit Sought: All full-time, regular part-time and on-call service and maintenance employees, including certified nursing assistants, nursing assistants, dietary aides, housekeeping, laundry aides, medication aides, cooks and maintenance assistants employed by the facility; excluding professional employees, technical employees, registered nurses, licenced practical nurses, business office clerical employees, department managers, receptionists (unless included based on past practice or mutual agreement), agency employees, confidential employees, guards, supervisors and all other employees as defined in the Act.
