This unit includes employees working at the Employer’s locations at 3906 Church Road, Mount Laurel, NJ 08054; 265 NJ-73, Voorhees Township, NJ 08043; and 175 Madison Avenue, Mount Holly, NJ 08060, as well as those providing home care and field services. Excluded: All other employees, including non-professional staff, office clerical employees, managers, and supervisors as defined in the Act.

Unit Sought: INCLUDED: All full time and regular part-time CCTV technicians EXCLUDED: Office clerical employees, professional employees, security guards and supervisors as defined in the Act.

Unit Sought: INCLUDED:Food and nutrition service and dietary workers, including cooks, dishwashers, dietary aides, and kitchen staff at the Employer's facility at 1505 W. Sherman Ave., Vineland, NJ. EXCLUDED: Statutory supervisors, guards, office clericals, professional employees, and all other employees

Unit Sought: INCLUDED: All full-time and regular part-time CCTV Tech and CCTV Lead Tech employed by the Employer at 2831 Boardwalk, Atlantic City, NJ 08401, the only location involved herein. EXCLUDED: All other employees, all employees represented by a union pursuant to a collective bargaining agreement, managers, office clericals, guards and supervisors as defined in the Act.

Unit Sought: INCLUDED: All drivers based out of the Employer's facility at 260 Hansen Access Road, King of Prussia, PA. EXCLUDED: Statutory supervisors, clerical staff, guards, all other employees.
