Unit Sought: Included: All non professional employees in ther Brockton, Randolph, Woburn and West Springfield Schools (including Job Coaches, Assistant Teachers, DC, DC II, DC Trans Ed) and all non professional direct care full time, part time and relief employees (who meet the Board standard of working an average of 4 hours per week during the proceeding 13 weeks)in the related community residence for children in the Randolph Residential and Brockton Residential Programs (including Assistant Residential Teachers, DC DC III) Excluded: All professional employees (including but not limited to Teachers, Senior Teachers, Senior Special Education Teacher); licensed practical nurses; office, clerical and administrative employees; maintenance employees; managers (including Program Coordinators, Assistant Program Coordinators); supervisors (including but notl imited to Overnight Supervisors); and guards, as defined by the Act
