Unit Sought: Included: All full-time and regular part-time operators and maintenance persons employed by Employer at the Dave Gates Power Station, to be included in current unit in collective-bargaining agreement dated 8th day of June, 2012 between NorthWestern Corporation and Local Union No. 44 of the International Brotherhood of Electrical Workers. Excluded: All other employees, confidential employees, and guards and supervisors as defined by the Act.

Unit Sought: Included: All full-time and part-time warehouse workers, including, receivers, inventory control clerks, replenishers, pickers, forklift operators, janitors, order selectors, loaders, helpers and drivers. Excluded: All other employees, guards, and supervisors as defined by the Act.
