Unit Sought: Involved: All full-time and regular part-time pressmen, press helpers/assistants, pre-press/camera technicians, and shipping and receiving employees employed by Respondent at the facility (and including Kenneth Conrad). Excluded: Bindery employees, office clerical employees, sales employees, and guards and supervisors as defined in the Act.

Unit Sought: Included: All full-time and regular part-time school bus drivers, bus monitors, and trainers providing service to the Newport School District employed by the Employer out of its Newport, Washington facility. Excluded: All mechanics, crossing guards, dispatchers, and guards and supervisors as defined in the Act.
