Unit Sought: Included: All full-time and regular part-time school bus drivers, bus monitors, and trainers providing service to the Newport School District employed by the Employer out of its Newport, Washington facility. Excluded: All mechanics, crossing guards, dispatchers, and guards and supervisors as defined in the Act.

Unit Sought: Involved: Union, refuse drivers, and technicians. Excluded: Non-union recycle drivers, MRF, office, and container maintenance department employees.
