Unit Sought: Included: All non-tenure-eligible contingent facility employed by the Employer including but not limited to all non-tenure-track instructors, adjunct faculty, lecturers, senior lecturers, visiting professors, and visiting assistant professors. Excluded: All faculty teaching in the School of Nursing, all faculty teaching in the School of Law, all other employees, professors' emeritus, regular tenure-eligible faculty, administrative faculty, full-time staff who are not compensated additionally for teaching, administrators, department administrators, campus clergy, deans, associate deans, campus safety personnel, lab assistants, graduate assistants, teaching assistants, managers, guards, and supervisors as defined in the Act.
