Unit Sought: Included: All full time and regular part time HVAC Service Technicians employed by the Employer out of its office located at 100 State Highway, Moosic, PA 18507. Excluded: All other employees, professionals, guards, clericals, managers, and supervisors as defined by the Act. It is the employer's position that the Union's proposed unit is inappropriate and should include plumbers, pipefitters, and shop employees at the same location as well as the service technicians.
