Unit Sought: The International Union of Operating Engineers currently represents the following employees: For the purpose of clarification of the existing unit, and to establish clarification of the employees wishing to be represented by IUOE 302, the following language from the current contract is being submitted. ARTICLE 1 RECOGNITION The employer recognizes the Union as the sole collective bargaining agent representing employees working in the job classifications listed in Article 13.1 & 20-Job Classifications and Rates of Pay in this Agreement. ARTICLE 13 WORKING RULES 13.1. Excluded from the bargaining unit include: clerical workers and office staff, supervision that does not perform bargaining unit work, le. non working supervision, guards, as defined by the Act.
