Unit Sought: Included: All full-time and regular part-time guards, as defined in the Act, employed by the Employer at Neumos, Barboza, and The Runaway located at 925 East Pike Street, Seattle, Washington. Excluded: All other employees, including casual employees, on-call employees, non-guard employees, managerial employees, confidential employees, business office employees, and supervisors as defined in the Act. Also eligible to vote are all employees in the unit who have worked an average of four (4) hours or more per week during the 13 weeks immediately preceding the eligibility date for the election
