Unit Sought: All regular full-time mployees in the following classifications: general production, operator, sanitation, quality technician, warehouse/receiving , maintenance; excluding office clerical, professional and sales employees, guards, quality assurance managers, and supervisors as defined in the NLRA, including but not limited to production supervisors.

Unit Sought: Included: All Construction Workers, Including, Pavement Marking Technicians, Traffic Control Workers, Highway Signing, GuardRail Workers, Rumble Strips, Crack Seelers, and Piolot Car Drivers. Excluded: Truck Drivers, Supervisors, Guards, Office & Clerical Workers, and all other employees.

Unit Sought: All warehouse (full time) employees, pickers and order selectors; excluding office personnel, managers, supervisors as defined by the Act.

Unit Sought: Included: All regular full-time and part-time CNA, RN, LPN, housekeeping, shower aides, restorative aids, and all other aids. Excluded: All dietary staff, confidential employees, guards, office staff, and supervisors as defined by the NLRA.
