Unit Sought: Description of currently recognized unit: All employees of the Employer who are engaged in the construction, installation, operation and/or maintenance of the electrical, electronic and/or mechanical equipment and supplemental equipment and apparatus used for or involved in the transmission or transference, production or reproduction of video and/or audio intelligence including but not necessarily limited to persons employed in the classifications listed in Article V and any amendments thereto; excluding employees engaged primarily to perform as talent and/or entertainers, clerical and office employees, news photographers, editors, salesmen, janitors, watchmen and guards and supervisory employees as defined in the Labor Management Relations Act of 1947 and all other employees of the Company.
