Unit Sought: Included: All full-time and regular part-time helpers employed by the Employer at its Fairless Works worksite located in Fairless Hills, Pennsylvania. Excluded: All other employees, including operators and utility men, guards and supervisors as defined in the Act.

Unit Sought: Included: All full-time and regular part-time delivery and pick-up drivers, including yard jockey position. Excluded: All other employees, guards and supervisors as defined in the Act.
