Unit Sought: Included: All full time and regular part time Cement Mason journeyman and apprentices employed by the Employer working in Clallum, Cowlitz, Grays Harbor, Island, Jefferson, King, Kitsap, Lewis, Mason, Pacific, Pierce, San Juan, Skagit, Snohomish, Thurston, Wahkiakum And Whatcom counties in Washington employees. Excluded: ALL other employees including those represented by other unions, guards and supervisors as defined in the Act.

Unit Sought: Including: Maintenance Technicians (also known as Refrigeration Engineers), including Leads, performaing repair and adjustment of refrigeration system, doors, dock boards, pallet racks, sweepers, sprinkler system, forklifts, and electrical work; inspecting forklifts, pallet jacks, and other operating equipment; testing, maintaining and evaluating equipment perfomance; maintaining tools, machinery, batteries, chargers, preventative maintenance records, testing safety equpment, responding to security alarm calls. Unit Sought: Incldued: All full time and regular part time employees employed by Armed Forces Services Corporation who work out of the AFSC facilities at Naval Base Kitsap or at Naval Station Everett, or at Naval Air Station Whidbey. Excluded: Guards, statutory supervisors, and managerial employees.

Unit Sought: Included: The bargaining unit consists of 16 active painters. Excluded: Office staff and superintendent Diane.
