Unit Sought: Included: All full time and regular part time Telecommunication Persons employed by employer at the Billings, Bozeman, Butte, Great Falls, Missoula, Havre, Helena, Cut Bank and Lewistown locations, to be included in current unit in collective bargaining agreement dated the 8th day of June 2012 between Northwestern Corporation and Local Union No. 44 of the International Brotherhood of Electrical Workers. Excluded: All other employees, confidential employees, and guards and supervisors as defined by the act.
