Excluded: Full-time and part-time confidential secretaries, executives, managerial employees, supervisory employees and guards, professional engineers, other professionals, college undergraduates employed by cooperative or summer employment.

Unit Sought: INCLUDED: All full time and regular part-time divers, tenders, and laborers EXCLUDED: Office clerical employees, professional employees, guards, and supervisors as defined in the Act.

Unit Sought: Included: All full-time and regular part-time certified nursing assistants (CNAs) Excluded: All other employees of the Employer, guards and supervisors as defined in the Act.

Unit Sought: INCLUDED: All full-time and regular part-time cashiers, valet parking attendants (including driveway & lot attendants) who valet cars dropped off at the Emergency Room of TJUH at 1111 Samson St. or 107 S. 10th St., Phila., PA 19107 and are employed by LAZ Parking.
