Unit Sought: Included: Residential Service Employees, all full-time and regular part-time, on-call ResCare employees who provide services of support to individuals who are developmentally, cognitively or intellectually disabled who provide direct care, maintenance, dietary, housekeeping or non-supervisory LPN services. Excluding: RN's, managers, supervisors, confidential employees and all others excluded under NLRA.

Unit Sought: Included: All warehouse and warranty employees. Excluded: Office personnel, guards and supervisors as defined by the Act.

Unit Sought: All full-time and regular part-time certified nursing assistants, nursing assistants, dietary aides, housekeepers, laundry workers, certified medication aides, cooks, activity assistants and medical records clerks/receptionists employed by the Employer at its Portland, Oregon facility; but excluding all licensed practical nurses, registered nurses, professional employees, agency employees, temporary employees, confidential employees, managerial employees, guards and supervisors as defined by the Act, and all other employees.
