Unit Sought: INCLUDED: All full-time and share-time Court Security Officers, Lead Court Security Officers, Special Security Officers, and Lead Special Security Officers employed by the employer in the Third Judicial Circuit at the U.S. Courthouse in Reading, PA EXCLUDED: All office clerical employees, professional employees, confidential employees and supervisors as defined in the Act.

Unit Sought: INCLUDED: All full-time, regular part-time and casual Licensed Practical Nurses who worked an average of four (4) hours or more per week during the 13 weeks immediately preceding the eligibility date for the election EXCLUDED: All other employees, service and maintenance employees, technical employees, professiona employees, condifential employees, registered nurses, guards, managers and supervisors as defined by the Act.

Unit Sought: Included: All full-time and regular part-time employees of the Employer who perfrom plumbing, heating and piping work in Berks, Bucks, Chester, Delaware, Lehigh, Montgomery, Northampton, and parts of Carbon and Lebanon Counties, PA.
