Excluded: Office clericals, dispatchers, professional employees, machinics, parts persons, shop clerks, managerial employees, fuelers, washers, safety and security personnel.

Unit Sought: Included: Permanent and seasonal employees working at the Employer's English Pit Sand & Gravel, Orchards Sand & Gravel, Fisher Quarry, Lewisville Sand & Gravel, Canby Sand & Gravel, and Coyote Springs Sand & Gravel facilities, who are employed to operate heavy equipment, including but not limited to the crusher plant, loader, dozer, excavator, water truck, off-road haul truck, and also employees employed as the Assistant to the Crusher Operator, Driller, Heavy Mechanic, Welder and Plant Foremen, and also employees working in the scale house.
