Unit Sought: Included: Permanent and seasonal employees working at the Employer's English Pit Sand & Gravel, Orchards Sand & Gravel, Fisher Quarry, Lewisville Sand & Gravel, Canby Sand & Gravel, and Coyote Springs Sand & Gravel facilities, who are employed to operate heavy equipment, including but not limited to the crusher plant, loader, dozer, excavator, water truck, off-road haul truck, and also employees employed as the Assistant to the Crusher Operator, Driller, Heavy Mechanic, Welder and Plant Foremen, and also employees working in the scale house. Excluded: All other employees, including but not limited to employees who are are primarily employed to operate on-highway trucks (including ready-mix trucks and aggregate trucks), as well as concrete batch plant operators, truck mechanics (including ready-mix truck mechanics), guards, and/or who are employed as temporary employees, and/or who's duties are primarily clerical and/or supervisory in nature as defined by the Act.

Excluded: All other regular full time and part time employees, managers, supervisors, and guards as defined in the Act.
