Unit Sought: Included: All Drivers, Helpers, Loader Classification and Transfer Station Employees. Excluded: Supervisors, Guards

Unit Sought: All salaried physicians employed by the employer at Auburn Medical Center; excluding supervisors, directors, and physicans covered by a collectively bargained agreement.

Unit Sought: Included: All full-time and part-time bulk drivers, Service technicians, ACE drivers and Shop workers located at Kent, Pacific and Vashon Island, WA. Excluded: All other employees including, dispatchers, office clerical, guards and supervisors as defined by the Act.

Unit Sought: Included: All full-time and regular part-time foremen, journeymen and apprentices employed by Heritage Glass, Inc. in its Architectural Metal and Glass Workers operations. Excluded: Office clerical employees, professional employees, guards, estimators, project managers and supervisors as defined in the Act.
