Unit Sought: All full-time, part-time and per diem employees employed @ 4800 College St SE Lacey, designated by the job classification of chemical dependency professionals, chemical dependency professional trainees, building service workers, cooks, office assistants, treatment attendants; excluding all other employees, including employees represented by other labor organizations, business office clerical employees, HIM specialists, dietary service coordinator, coordinator outpatient, student interns, agency and temporary employees, confidential employees, managerial employees, guards and supervisors.

Unit Sought: Included: All workers doing Iron Workers bargaining work under the Master Labor Agreement between the Northwest Iron Workers Employers Association, Inc. and the Iron Workers District Council of the Pacific Northwest. Excluded: All office clerical, statutory supervisors, and guards as defined by the Act and all other workers covered by another collective bargaining agreement.
