Excluded: All other employees, service and maintenance employees, skilled maintenance employees, registed nurses, confidential employees, phsicians, residents, central business office employees, nurse and/or clinical educators or coordinators, clinical nurse specialist, clinical coordinators, case managers/ utilization review and/or discharge management/ performance improvement and/or quality assurance and/or guality management nurses, managers, guards and supervisors as described in the Act.
