Unit Sought: Included: All full and regular part-time grocery employees at the Employer's location in Spokane, Washington. Excluded: Guards, supervisors as defined under the NLRA, and all other employees.

Unit Sought: Included: All full-time and part-time teachers and non-teaching support staff/classified employees. Excluded: Directors, confidential employees, supervisors and guards as defined by the Act. This unit was organized by Oregon Education Association (OEA) in June 2016. OEA is prepared to clsclaim the unit.
