Excluded:All Office Clerical Employees, Professional Employees, Supervisors, as defined in the Act, as amended, and all other employees.

Unit Sought: Included: All full time and regular part time employees, including eligble per diem employees employed by Wilkes-Barre Behavioral Hospital Company, LLC d/b/a First Hospital Wyoming Valley at its facility located 562 Wyoming Avenue, Kinston, PA 18704 in the following unit: Professional employees. Excluded: All other employees including, registered nurses, skilled maintenance employees, service and maintenance employees, technical employees, confidential employees, physicians, residents, central business office employees, nurse and/or clinical educators or coordinators, clinical nurse specialist, clinical coordinators, case managers/utilization review and/or discharge management/performance improvement and/or quality assurance and/or quality management nurses, managers, guards and supervisors as described in the Act.

Unit Sought: Included: All full-time and part-time certified nursing assistants employed by the Employer at its 600 West Valley Forge Road, King of Prussia facility. Excluded: All professional employees, managerial employees, guards and supervisors as defined in the Act.
