Excluded: All other employees, including office clerical employees, sales employees, guards and supervisors as defined in the Act.

Unit Sought: INCLUDED: All full time new and used car automotive service technicians. EXCLUDED: All other employees, parts department employees, service writers, warranty clerk, cashiers, lot people, sales people, receptionist, managers, guards and supervisors as defined in the Act.
