Unit Sought: Included: All full time and part time employees including CDL A Truck Drivers using Cranes and Forklifts loading and delivering to customers, Equipment Associate Yard Workers, Forklift Operators, Yard Helper, Mechanics and all other employees performing traditional Operating Engineers work employed by the employer. Excluded: Office Employees, Inside and Outside sales personnel, Dispatchers, Clerical and Janitorial employees, Sales Coordinators, Operations Supervisors, Branch managers and all other employees and guards and supervisors as defined by the Act not performing traditional Operating Engineers work.

Unit Sought: Included: All regularly scheduled full-time and part-time employees working for the employer in their Tacoma refinery plant. Excluded: All other employees, supervisors, and guards as defined by the ACT.
