Excluded: All other employees including any employees employed by any agency or other third party employer, quality control employees, shipping employees, warehouse employees, pre-weight employees, mechanics, drivers, office clerical employees and guards, professional employees and supervisors as defined in the National Labor Relations Act as amended.
