Unit Sought: Included: All full-time and regular part-time construction employees (including but not limited to yard workers, equipment operators, truck drivers, crew leaders and working foreman) employed by the employer at its Harleysville, PA facility. Excluded: All other employees including mechanics, inspectors, General Foremen, Managers, guards and supervisors as defined in the Act.
