Unit Sought: Included: All full-time, part-time and per diem employees in the Supply Chain Tech classification/s employed by the Employer at the Providence Portland Medical Center located at 4805 NE Glisan St., Portland, Oregon. Excluded: All other employees not part of the Supply Chain Tech bargaining unit at 4805 NE Glisan Street, Portland, Oregon, including non-professional employees, professional employees, physicians, registered nurses, technical employees, business office clerical employees, skilled maintenance employees, managerial employees and guards and supervisors as defined by the Act.

Description of Proposed Unit: Included: All full-time and regular part-time non-professional employees employed by the Employer's facility located at 13240 Aurora Avenue N., Seattle, Washington. Excluded: professional employees, assistant practice managers, doctors/veterinarians, veterinary technician managers,shift supervisors, medical directors, practice managers, office clericals including but not limited to purchasing coordinators, managers, client service manager, and guards and supervisors as defined in the Act.

Unit Sought: All drivers (including those who assist with dispatch) employed by the Employer out of its Sandy and Welches, Oregon facilities; but excluding all maintenance employees, janitorial employees, dispatchers, clerical employees, and guards and supervisors as defined by the Act.
