Unit Sought: Included: Full-time & regular part-time Class A Route Drivers, Class B Route Drivers, Class A Shuttle Drivers and Helpers employed by the employer out of its Westampton, NJ facility. Excluded: Dispatchers, TSRs, warehouse employees, clerical employees, guards and supervisors as defined in the Act.

Unit Sought: Included: All full-time, regular part-time, per diem, float, and PRN Certified Nursing Assistants, central supply employees and actiivity aides employed by the Employer at its 14 Lincoln Ave., Yeadon, PA location. Excluded: All other employees, Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs), office clerical employees, receptionists, Registered Nurses (RNs), staffing coordinators, clinical reimbursement specialists, confidential employees, professional employees, managers, guards and supervisors as defined by the Act.
