Unit Sought: Included: The Company recognizes the Union as the sole collective bargaining agent for regular full-time and regular part-time hourly paid employees at the Employer’s plant located at 777 NE 4th, Canby, Oregon, 97013 operation which are described in the wage classification set forth in Appendix “A.” Excluded: Excluding all other employees including but not limited to: office clerical, supervisors, and professional employees as defined in the Act.

Unit Sought: To be Included in the Existing Unit: All full-time, part-time and per diem Medical Admin Specialists employed by the Employer, Swedish Medical Center. To be Excluded: All other employees, guards, managers, confidential employees and supervisors as defined in the Act.

Unit Sought: Included: All Drivers, Mechanics and Helpers. Excluded: Office/Clerical employees, guards and supervisors.
