Unit Sought: This self-determination petition seeks to add a group of three (3) Registered Nurse Case Managers to an existing unit of approximately ninety-six (96) registered nurses. The Washington State Nurses Association is the recognized exclusive collective bargaining representative of a unit consisting of all full-time, part-time and per diem registered nurses who provide direct patient care employed by the Employer including Nurses Team Leads, House Charge Nurses, and relief positions, but excluding managers and supervisors and all other employees.

Unit Sought: Included: The Petitioner seeks to add through an Armour-Globe self-determination election all per diem employees in the following classifications employed by the Employer and working at its adult psychiatric and transitions inpatient units in its 1175 Carondelet Dr, Richland, Washington location: registered nurses, case managers, mental health professionals, therapeutic recreational therapists, mental health aides, mental health counselors, health unit coordinators, and secretaries. Excluded: All other employees, managerial employees, confidential employees, and guards and supervisors as defined by the Act.
