If a majority of the cooks valid voters are cast for Petitioner, they will be taken to have indicated the employees desire to be included in the existing unit of employees in the classification of Nurses' Aides, Residential Aides, Dietary, Laundry, Housekeeping and Maintenance Employees as described in the parties collective bargaining agreement and currently represented by the Petitioner. Excluded: All management and supervisory Employees, confidential Employees, guards and professional Employees as defined in the Act.
