Excluded: All managers, professional employees, confidential employees, office clerical employees, and guards and supervisors as defined by the Act.

Unit Sought: Included: All full-time and regular part-time employees employed by the Employer at its Anchorage, AK facility. Excluded: The Economic and Regulatory Affairs Director and all other managers, supervisors, guards, and confidential employees, defined by the Act.
