Excluded: Office employees, reservationists, shuttlers, administrative staff (e.g. trainers), maintenance employees, all truck rental/lease employees, all supervisory employees and all employees with the authority to hire, promote, discharge, discipline or otherwise effect changes in the status of employees or effectively recommend action, and all other employees
