Unit Sought: 5a. Description of Present Unit Included: All non-tenure track faculty, lecturers, senior lecturers, master lecturers, adjuncts, adjunct assistants, adjunct associates, post-graduate teaching fellows, visiting assistant professors, and distinguished visiting professors employed by the Employer who are currently teaching for the Employer or who have taught at least three (3) credit hours during at least two (2) semesters during the calendar years 2019 or 2020. Excluded: All other employees, tenured full-time faculty, deans, faculty on pre-retirement leave, non ranked non-faculty (including but not limited to continuing education instructors, professional institute instructors, summer music studies instructors, summer institute instructors, summer institute teaching assistants, Saturday school instructors, Library of Congress instructors, Library of Congress coaches), faculty who are also employed by the Employer in a full time or part-time staff position, guest lecturers, visiting artists, accompanists, professional and clerical administrative staff, managerial employees (including deans, department chairs and program directors), and confidential employees, guards and supervisors as defined in the Act. 6a. Unit Sought: CURRENT UNIT All non-supervisory and non-managerial full -time, part-time and Per Diem registered nurses employed by the Employer at its Voorhees and Marlton acute care hospital facilities, the Family Health Center at Camden, the SLEDS at Camden and Berlin, Summit Surgical Center, MedCom in Marlton, Center for Women in Voorhees, home health care department, including registered nurses, care coordinators, enterostomal therapists, clinical educators, clinical nurse specialists, clinical resource coordinators, infection control coordinators, home care coordinators, flight RNs, quality assurance facilitatos, case managers, documentation team leaders, antenatal testing unit coordinators, community educators, and home care RNs, Cardiac Rehabilitation Nurses, but excluding all other Virtua Health, Inc. employees, supervisors, managerial employees, (including outcomes managers) and guards as defined in the Act.
