Excluded: All other employees (including CRNAs), directors, managers, and supervisors as defined in the Act.

Unit Sought: Included: All full-time, part-time plant operators, heavy equipment operators, and utility employees. Excluded: Supervisors, clerical employees, confidential employees, and guards.

Unit Sought: Included: All regular full-time, part-time, and per-diem EMTs and Paramedics employed by the employer in their Marlborough (15 Sawin Street Marlborough, MA), Hudson (9 Bonazzoli Ave, Units 20 and 21 Hudson, MA), and Lawrence (15 Blanchard Street Lawrence, MA) operations.
