Unit Sought: EMPLOYEES INCLUDED Group A: All full-time and regular part-time professional employees, including Counselors, Teachers, Special Education Teachers, Dean of Students, Inclusion Specialists, Office Managers, and Registrars at all of the Employer’s locations. Group B: All full-time and regular part-time non-professional employees, including Educational Assistants, Tech/Facilities employees, and Front Desk employee at all of the Employer’s locations. EMPLOYEES EXCLUDED Group A: All Educational Assistants, Tech/Facilities employees, and Front Desk employees, all other non-professional employees, managerial employees, guards, and supervisors as defined in the Act, and all other employees. Group B: All professional employees, managerial employees, guards, and supervisors as defined in the Act, and all other employees.
