Unit Sought: All full-time and regular part-time workers' compensation specialists, workers' compensation biling specialists and workers' compensation specialist assistants employed by the Employer at 2701 NW Vaughn St., Portland, Oregon and at its other facilities located in Longview, Vancouver, Washington and Portland and Salem, Oregon; excluding all other employees including leads, managers, guards, professional employees and supervisors.

Unit Sought: The Union seeks to clarify the Manager of Production Scheduling and the Production Facilities Manager into the bargaining unit. They are managers in title only and do not have sufficient authority or discretion in the performance of their jobs to be deemed managers. The Union also seeks to clarify the Grant Analyst/Accountant into the bargaining unit. This position was created since the last collective bargaining agreement went into effect and performs similar work to Accountants that are in the bargaining unit.

Unit Sought: All registered professional nuses employed by Providence Health Services Division in the Portland and Yamhill Service Areas, as home health nuses and hospice nurses, including when serving in charge capacity, excluding coordinators, infusion, IV therapy, central intake, Sisters of Providence, administrative and supervisory personnel and all other employees.
