Unit Sought: Included: HVAC technicians employed by the Employer at its Helena facilty and at jobsites in and around Helena, Montana. Excluded: Office employees, managers and supervisors as defined in the Act.

Unit Sought: Included: The designated city carriers are now included in the bargaining route. That consists of 15 routes and an auxiliary route. That consists of 15 routes and an auxiliary route. There are 15 Regular Route carriers, 3 Carrier Technicians, and 3 Part Time Flexible Carriers. These carriers come in the morning route (case) their mail in carrier cases load their vehicles and deliver their routes. The routes are carried 6 days a week except Sunday and holidays. Excluded: There are 7 Highway Contract Rules (HCR) and there are 7 Contracts with the employees. There are currently 10 employees working on these routes. The HCR employees report for duty each morning, route (case) their mail, load their vehicles and deliver their routes on the street. The HCR routes are carried 6 days a week except Sunday and holidays just like the City Delivery Carriers. The HCR carriers do exactly the same work as the City Delivery Carriers do on a daily basis.
