Duties include but are not limited to pre-production planning through final production, daily newscasts, miscellaneous programs, commercials, public service announcements and special projects. Excluded: Sales, office & clerical staff, on-air talent, janitors, guards, managerial and supervisory employees as defined by the Labor Management Relations Act of 1947 (Taft-Hartley).

Unit Sought: Included: All full time and part time Physicians and Nurse Practitioners employed by First Care. Excluded: All other employees including nurses.
