Unit Sought: Included: All full-time and part-time employees employed at the Clinica facilities, in Job classifications set forth in Apendix A of the Tentative agreement. Excluded: Supervisors and confidential supervisors and confidential employee shall be as defined in the National Labor Relations Act.

Unit Sought: Included: All full time and regular part time school bus drivers employed by the Employer out of its Everett, Washington facility. Excluded: All office clerical employees, dispatchers, mechanics, managerial employees, guards, and all other employees, and supervisors as defined by the National Labor Relations Act.

Unit Sought: All regular full-time and part-time school bus operatiors and driver trainers; excluding managers, mechanics, supervisors, guards as defined by the Act, clerical personnel and trip only drivers.
