Unit Sought: Included: Right-of-way maintenance specialists, right-of-way maintenance specialist operators, and right-of-way maintenance foremen employed by the Employer out of its main facility located at 758 Illinois Street, Fairbanks, Alaska. Excluded: All other employees, office clerical employees, guards and supervisors as defined in the Act.

Unit Sought: Included: All full-time and regular part-tme laborers employed by the Employer, located at it's Hidden Valley, 304th Street Landfill, Purdy Transfer Station, Prairie Ridge, and Sales Road Locations. Excluded: Office clerical employees, guard, supervisors as defined in the Act, and all other employees.

Unit Sought: Included: All regular full time and all regular short shift employees of Employer who are employed in classifications specified under Appendix "A' line cook, back up cook, prep cook, pastry/baker servers, host/cashier/busser & dishwasher. Excluded: Bona fide students employed in classifications covered under this agreement and a student shall be defined to mean any one attending on a regular basis verifiable state certified educational institution.

Unit Sought: Included: All regular full-time and part-time employees (such as, but not limited to loads, shipping, packaging, production, boxing, sorting, forklift & hosler drivers, pallerizers and mechanics). Excluded: All temporary full time and part-time employees, seasonal employees, office clerical, guards and supervisors as defined by the Act.
