Unit Sought: Included: All full time and regular part time dispatchers, billing employees, registered nurses, EMTs and paramedics employed by the employer at their Sequim operation. Excluded: All other employees including managers, guards and supervisors as defined by the Act.

Unit Sought: All production workers, sanitation workers, shipping/receiving/warehouse workers: pre-weigh; portioners; mixers; machine operators; packaging; enrobers; frozen line and frozen room workers. Excluding office workers, supervisors as defined by the NLRA, guards, maintenance engineers, quality assurance/control, research & development.

Unit Sought: Included: All Truck drivers and Truck Clean Up Workers employed at the Employer's Pasco, Washington operations. Excluded: Office and Administrative workers, Warehouse workers, Block Operation workers, Parts Runner and Errand workers, employees represented by labor organizations other than Teamsters Local No. 839, and as defined in the National Labor Relations Act, all guards, supervisors and professional employees.
