Unit Sought: Included: All full- & part-time employees engaged as directors of the employer, KIRO Television, located at 2807 3rd Ave., Seattle, WA 98121, who direct and produce television programming. Duties include but are not limited to pre-production planning through final production, daily newscasts, miscellaneous programs, commercials, public service announcements and special projects. Excluded: Sales, office & clerical staff, on-air talent, janitors, guards, managerial and supervisory employees as defined by the Labor Management Relations Act of 1947 (Taft-Hartley).

Unit Sought: Included: All full time and part time Physicians and Nurse Practitioners employed by First Care. Excluded: All other employees including nurses.

Unit Sought: Included: All mechanics, yard foreman, service writers, laborers, heavy duty mechanics, and welding foremen employed by the Employer at its Deadhorse, Alaska, facilities. Excluded: All office clericals, professional employees, guards and supervisors as defined by the Act.

Unit Sought: All full-time and part-time security officer employees assigned pursuant to the Employer's GSA or its successor contract(s) for the security within all counties in the State of Oregon, and Clark, Cowlitz, Skamania and Wahkiakum counties in the State of Washington; excluding all managers, supervisors or clerical employees as defined by the National Labor Relations Act.
