Excluded: All office clerical employees, dispatchers, mechanics, managerial employees, guards, and all other employees, and supervisors as defined by the National Labor Relations Act.

Unit Sought: All regular full-time and part-time school bus operatiors and driver trainers; excluding managers, mechanics, supervisors, guards as defined by the Act, clerical personnel and trip only drivers.

Unit Sought: Included: All full- & part-time employees engaged as directors of the employer, KIRO Television, located at 2807 3rd Ave., Seattle, WA 98121, who direct and produce television programming. Duties include but are not limited to pre-production planning through final production, daily newscasts, miscellaneous programs, commercials, public service announcements and special projects. Excluded: Sales, office & clerical staff, on-air talent, janitors, guards, managerial and supervisory employees as defined by the Labor Management Relations Act of 1947 (Taft-Hartley).
