Unit Sought: Included: All full-tme and regular part-time service technicians employed by the employer at their facility located at Yakima, Washington. Excluded: All office clerical employees, supervisory personnel, and guards as defined in the Act, and any other employees.

Unit Sought: Included: The employer recognizes the Union as the sole and exclusive bargaining agency for all employees employed in its Warehouse operation located in Dutch Harbor, Alaska. Excluded: Those employees working under the jurisdiction of other collective bargaining agreements, and supervisors as defined in the National Labor Relations Act.
